77. Missing Cop: The Jon Aujay Case
In the late 90's, a LA County deputy sheriff went for a run. As an uber-fit, Type-A personality, SWAT officer, Jon Aujay was prepping for an ultramarathon, but disappeared after taking off into the vast Antelope Valley. The docs explore interesting theories of suicide, going missing on purpose, and foul play rumors (some involving his own department). They also give some in depth information on assessing for suicide risk and the intentional missing.
