136. Body Dysmorphia

This week the Doctors explore the diagnosis of Body Dysmorphic Disorder. As many as 10 million people in just the United States have some form of body dysmorphia aka body dysmorphic disorder or BDD. While there are only a very FEW crimes related to this disorder, the impact it has on those diagnosed does lead to a high level of distress that impacts their day to day life. Dr Shiloh and Dr. Scott explore the significant societal factors that are contributing to the symptoms.
