As we gear up to head to the PNW, we though it fitting to discuss the subsection of Major Depressive Disorder: Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.). This is a research-heavy episode as we look at all side of this diagnosis, as well as how to intervene & treat the "winter blues" on steroids.
